CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

You can return any item for any reason. The return process depends on the item(s) returned. To initiate a return, please Contact Us.

Standard Delivery

Standard Items

Standard items are accepted in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery.

Once you initiate a return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). You will receive a refund 2-5 days after we receive the returned item(s).

A $6.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fee is waived for refunds accepted in Peach & Pebble store credit. 

A $5 re-boxing fee will be charged for any items returned in non original packaging.

Bulky Delivery

Large & Bulky Items

Large & Bulky items are accepted in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Once you initiate a return, our furniture delivery team will schedule an appointment to pick up the returned item(s). You will receive a refund 2-5 days after we receive the returned item(s).  

A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fee is waived for refunds accepted in store credit.

A $50 re-boxing fee will be charged for any items returned in non original packaging.

Look for the delivery icon on each product page to determine if an item is "Standard" or "Large & Bulky".

NOTES:
- Delivery fees are non refundable.
- Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser.
- Large & Bulky items must be picked up from the original delivery address.
- We cannot process returns of Peach & Pebble products purchased from other stores.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Once you initiate a return, our furniture delivery team will schedule an appointment to pick up the returned item(s). The return shipping fee is waived for exchanges. You will receive store credit for the returned item(s) to apply to a new order.

A $50 re-boxing fee will be charged for any items returned in non original packaging.

NOTES:
- New orders ship once we receive the exchange item(s).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel any order within 24 hours. Canceled orders receive a full refund (delivery fees also refunded). To cancel an order, Contact Us. After 24 hours, you can initiate a return.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

For address updates, order cancellations or other updates, Contact Us within 24 hours of order. After 24 hours, Large & Bulky items will incur a $25 fee for change in address.

Do You Have a Warranty Policy?

All Peach & Pebble products are supported by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We use quality materials - your pieces are built to last. If something happens, Contact Us to file a warranty claim. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement item at no cost within six weeks.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Your items are over-packed and inspected before shipment. We invest in good packaging materials so that your items don’t arrive damaged or defective. If you are part of this small percentage of damages & defects, please Contact Us within 3 business days so we can get you a replacement.

How will I receive my refund?

You can choose to accept refunds to your original payment method or in Peach & Pebble store credit. You will receive your refund 2-5 days after we receive the returned item(s) in resalable condition. Items returned in non resalable condition will not be refunded.

Delivery fees are non refundable.
