Peach & Pebble Guarantee

You should be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us and we'll make things right.

Shipping Damage & Warranty Claims: Despite our best efforts, shipping damage happens on a small percentage of orders. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us to receive a replacement item.


Standard item returns and exchanges are accepted in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. 

Standard items include all pieces that do not require furniture delivery.

Returns - Standard Items
Returns are accepted for any reason. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your items. We will deduct a $5 return shipping fee from your refund. Return shipping fee is waived for refunds accepted in store credit.

We will deduct a $5 re-boxing fee for any items returned in non original packaging. Please note many of our items are fragile and need to be packaged well to arrive in resalable condition.

Refunds are processed once we receive returned items in resalable condition. Shipping charges are non refundable. See Refund Details below.

Exchanges - Standard Items

Our customer support team will help order new items. You will receive store credit for peachandpebble.com to apply towards new item(s). New items will ship once the exchanged items are shipped.

Furniture returns / exchanges apply to any items that require furniture delivery (e.g. accent chairs, floor mirrors, etc).

There are no fees for furniture orders canceled before they ship. See Order Cancellation Details below.

We overpack our products and use trusted delivery partners to ensure your items arrive in great condition. Despite our best efforts, shipping damage happens on a small number of orders. Please contact us immediately if your items are damaged so we can expedite a replacement.

All orders may be canceled for a full refund (including any shipping charges) before shipping from our warehouse. For items that already shipped, cancellations are serviced according to the items in the order.

Cancellations - Standard Items 
Items canceled after shipment will incur a $5 cancellation fee to help offset shipping costs. We will issue a full refund (including any shipping charges less $5 cancellation fee) once we confirm the items are rerouted or returned.

Cancellations - Furniture Items 
Items canceled after shipment will incur a $50 cancellation fee to help offset shipping costs. We will issue a full refund (including any shipping charges less $50 cancellation fee) once we confirm the items are rerouted or returned.

All Peach & Pebble products are supported by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We use quality materials - your pieces are built to last. If something happens, contact us to file a warranty claim. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement item at no cost within two weeks.

You can choose to accept refunds to your original payment method or in Peach & Pebble store credit. Refunds will be processed once we receive goods in resalable condition. Items returned in non resalable condition will not be refunded. You will receive your refund according to your payment method’s processing time and terms.
